TURNOVER SERVICE

What We Do

Upon arrival we inspect the rental property for damage or excess cleaning needs, document and inform the client.

Bathrooms

Laundry 

  • We gather all sheets and towels and clean on site or offer service to take offsite to clean and fold. 

  • Sheets and towels replaced at every visit.

Items Left Behind

  • Any food left behind is thrown out.

  • Any personal items left behind (clothing, chargers, electronics etc. will be documented and set aside for property manager to notify guests.
