This position is responsible for detailed residential cleaning and meet our companies quality standards in a team or individual environment. Assists clients by providing friendly, courteous and professional service, including adherence to our company guidelines. Follows our high standards of quality to ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Cleanliness: Responsible for cleaning and adhering to our company's cleaning checklists. Ensures adequate cleaning supplies and equipment are clean and in working order.
2. Client Service: Accountable for client satisfaction as it pertains to housekeeping service at the property. Assists and responds to requests in a positive and timely manner while providing the highest level of quality service to the client.
3. Self Management: Produces required volume of work by planning, organizing and prioritizing work duties. Adheres to our company's attendance policy, grooming and appearance standards, and general work rules and procedures. Responsible for proper use of all equipment and supplies.

Requirements:
Residential house cleaning experience preferred.
Attention to detail, customer focused and the ability to perform job duties in repetitious and fast paced environment.
Positive attitude and the ability to be personable are required.
Must be able to speak and write English clearly.
Must have own reliable transportation with a valid drivers license and proof of vehicle insurance.
Must be 18+ to apply.

Physical: Ability to lift, push and pull up to 75 pounds on a consistent basis throughout shift. Significant bending required.
